This article or blog is about Food and Nutrition. Here I am trying to write detailed explanation about importance of Food and it's Nutritional Value.
Everyone in this world have the knowledge about our Human Bodies. Our Human Bodies are unique and complicated machines. And every machine requires a fuel to work. Similarly this complicated machine i.e., Our Human Bodies also needs a fuel to run smoothly and Fuel for our unique machines is "Food".
Yes "Food is our Fuel".
Now dear readers, if I ask you'll a question "What is Food?".. I know you'll must think how silly question Nupur has asked.. As we all eat food so we all know what's food..
But I would love to read in comments if someone can answer my question more efficiently than I am trying to answer here..
But in my experience patients and students always answer that food is something that we eat. But I don't agree at all.. Food is not just anything we eat.
No totally No..
Food in real definition is/are the substances consumed by human beings to provide our bodies with nutrional support to live a healthy life.
With continuation to above definition Food is/are the raw/cooked materials present in our nature that are complemented with nutrients, which we consume regularly to support our body for proper functioning.
Now writing further.. let's know about Diet Food..
Diet Food is a variety of food that promotes good health and helps protect against disease.
There is a reason behind why Diet Food helps in good health and that is Diet Good is selective food that contains appropriate nutrients and nutrition that is required to intake by humans to stay healthy.
Here further explaining Nutrition, then Nutrition is a Science of food and health.
Nutrition is concerned with nutrients that play good role in body growth, development and maintenance. And this Nutrition can be gained by food, especially Diet Food.
Now after keen explanation of Diet Food, Health and Nutrition a question arises that how to gain nutrion by diet food. Then simple answer will be "Dieting".
"Yes Dieting"
But don't get afraid of Dieting. As dieting not hard as climbing mountains but just one step to advancement in your routine life/lifestyle.
Dieting is simply an application of proper nutrition. It includes planning of meals for both well and sick. It is maintaining a nutritional status that enhances us to grow well and enjoy good health.
Dieting seems difficult for people because it is always assumed that dieting includes only limited variety of food.
But this is just a myth...
All varieties of food are good. So we should eat all types of food in a proper balance.
So frnds.. this was all about Food, Nutrition and Dieting but all this together contemplate into Diet Consultation.
